| PURCHASING INFORMATION |
| Kittens basically fall into three categories: Pet, Breeder, & Show Quality. We will have occasional litters of Persian & Himalayan kittens available in Pet & Breeder quality. We do not breed toward the Standard on these cats, as it does not further our Napoleon Program to do so. We breed these cats with doll faces rather than extreme flat faces. Many other breeders do the same, so if they see one of our kittens they are interested in for their breeding program, we may offer breeding rights if appropriate. Our Naps are bred toward the Standard, which means we are hoping for Show Quality kittens in every litter, but remain realistic that the litters will contain Pet & Breeder quality kittens, also. It is difficult to determine the quality of the kitten until they are a bit older, so we try not to set prices until they are at least 4 to 6 weeks old. We have specific set Pet prices on our Persian/Himmy kittens based on their color. For Breeder prices, please contact us. Persians: Silvers/Goldens - $700, Whites - $500, Chocs/Lilacs - $400, Others - $350 Himmys: Chocolates/Lilacs - $400, Others - $350 Napoleon Prices are dependent on rarity and quality. Prices range on Standard Pets from $700 - $1500. For Breeder and Show Quality prices, please contact us. Our Non-Standard kittens make wonderful Pets, and anyone would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a NS Nap and a Persian/Himmy. These cats quite often make excellent Breeders at a remarkably reduced price. The Non-Standard Pets are all $300 and with Breeding Rights $500 - except for Silvers/Goldens - call to discuss. We will be happy to discuss payment options/plans with anyone interested in purchasing one of our lovely kittens. Our goal is to further the Napoleon Breed and we would love to help anyone interested in owning one realize that dream if we can. |
| All prices are for pets only. All pets will be sold with a strict alter contract or will be altered prior to pick-up or delivery. Breeding rights and/or Show Quality kittens will be sold to approved homes/programs only. Please contact me for more information if interested in breeding rights. |
| DEPOSITS: There will be a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold a kitten to be purchased as a Pet. Kittens are sold on a first come first serve basis. Until your deposit is received, the kitten is not considered reserved. If you wish to purchase the kitten as a Breeder or for Show, half of the kitten's price is required as a deposit. We offer PayPal which uses your band account, creditm or debit card to transfer money directly into our account. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR CASHIER'S CHECKS! THE ONLY MONEY ORDERS WE ACCEPT ARE POSTAL. ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: We are unable to return deposits or any payments made due to the advertising time lost in selling the kittens. We keep our Standard kittens until they are a minimum of 8 weeks old and more often until they are 10 to 16 weeks and older. Leaving the kittens with their mother longer ensures that they are healthier, more confident, and more sociable when they go to their new home. Non-Standard Napoleons and Persian/Himmy kittens are released once they are fully weaned and have been eating on their own for a minimum of two to three weeks. This is sometimes as early as six weeks old with our program of preventative maintenance and their ability to digest solid foods. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT YOU READ OUR PURCHASING AND HEALTH CONTRACT PRIOR TO SENDING ANY MONIES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL!! |
| SHIPPING: We do ship kittens nationally and will consider international shipping to certain countries. The normal cost for shipping a kitten is between $300 and $350. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Costs related to shipping a cat or kitten include, but are not limited to: the pet crate, the health certificate and rabies vaccination when required by the airlines, food and water bowls, mileage to and from the airport, etc. We will also entertain delivering your kitten to you by ground at your cost. Ask for price quotes. FINAL PAYMENT: Final Payment must be received prior to making shipment arrangements for the kitten. If you are picking up the kitten you may pay the remainder in cash upon arrival. You will be notified of the exact amount owed once pickup or shipping arrangements are determined. |
| MAKE YOUR PAYMENT It is simple to ensure you get the kitten you've chosen by using your bank account or a credit or debit card to send your deposit immediately if you have a PayPal account. Just go to your account and click on Send Money. Then choose the Personal option and click on Gift. This method allows you to pay without being charged a service fee by PayPal if you are paying via your checking account. If you do not have a PayPal account you can click on the Buy Now button below and follow the instructions. We will place a "Deposit Pending" on our website for the kitten of your choice if you notify us that your deposit is in the mail. "Deposit Pending" is only good for five days. If we have not received your deposit within the five business days, the "Deposit Pending" will be removed from the website and if we receive another deposit prior to yours, you will have to choose another kitten. | PLACEMENT POLICY Here at ResQMe Farms Cattery our first and foremost responsibility is to our cats. With this in mind there are occasions when we determine that a home is not a good match for one of our kittens. So please don't be offended by any questions we may ask. Also feel free to ask as many questions as you want regarding our program. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to refuse the sale of any cat or kitten at any time to any person. The safety and happiness of the kittens we place into your care is our main concern. |
PURCHASING AND HEALTH CONTRACT Please see the Purchasing and Health Contract prior to purchasing a kitten. Details regarding both the Buyer's and Seller's responsibility for the kitten is explained in full. See Link Below. There is some controversy regarding whether or not the FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline aids) is safe when the kitten is less than one year old. So rather than have them tested and vaccinated, we leave that decision up to the Buyer. All of our breeders are tested and are negative for both FeLV and FIV prior to coming into the Cattery. We are a PKD free cattery! We DO NOT breed any cat that is not PKD clear. We highly recommend that prior to purchasing any kitten within the Persian Breed Group or is a hybrid of the Persian Breed Group, such as the Napoleon, you ask to see proof that the dam and sire are PKD clear. Our kittens are groomed regularly to prevent any skin irritations or coat problems. They are closely monitored and treated regularly for internal and external parasites. Our cats are also treated regularly for ringworm (fungus) as a preventative. Please see our Purchasing and Health Contract for specific information. We vaccinate our kittens using Fel-O-Vax IV or Fel-O-Guard Plus 4 by Fort Dodge against upper respiratory and systemic infections. Our kittens receive the vaccinations at 6, 9, and 12 weeks per our vet's recommendation. Depending on the age of your kitten on the purchase date they may not have received all three baby shots and will need to have them completed by you. If the kitten is over 16 weeks of age, it will have received a rabies vaccination also, in accordance with Louisiana law. |

Once we receive proof your kitten has been altered, we will send in your registration with payment for you with the name you have chosen for your pet. |
